Many years ago I set out to redefine what made the chainsaw tone special.

I succeeded.

Now, Im doing it again.

While theres 100+ attempts at modded hm2s out there, theyre all the same pedal at the end of the day.

They all have that noisy front end, they all have that boring EQ that only sounds good one way.

I got bored of the trend.

Enter, the Trendkiller.

A product fully original in design, that can do that sound, but isnt an HM2.

And it does way more.

Fully focused on the 900-1100 HZ midrange area for the chainsaw setting , with an entirely new higher gain lower noise design on its front end, with a multi mode mid peak.

Then an added midrange only section of the rare 6 channel SECK 1882 I own that has even more midrange emphasis, with a variable Q peak, with an Internal EQ- ADD/ Remove footswitch for added low/ high notched controls internally set by trimpots.

(This is NOT user alterable set of controls, please do not alter these settings from the way it is shipped or the EQ add function will not do what it is intended to do. )

Then we add 6 mode clipping switch, and the option of running it as a stand alone pre amp.

We arent setting out to redefine the chainsaw sound with yet another boring HM2 option.

We have redefined it with an entirely new, unique offering that does it better than all of these products stuck in the past chasing each others tails.

Dont use a cheap one spot or daisy chain PSU, this product utilizes voltage conversion circuitry which requires the use of a high end isolated and regulated PSU such as a CIOKS brand supply.
